How to make paneer  from Torn milk...


         Sometimes what happened the  milk is  torned ,so  we think it  totally wasted  ...   Stop thinking like that..     I shared the  simple recipie to make  paneer    from  torned milk ...  This paneer which we make   used for  making  various paneer dishes  such as paneer masala, pzneer tikka , shahi paneer, paneer bhurji and so many dishes as u wan..   To make  paneer  ..u guys simply follows the following given tips.
Recipie :--

  • First boil the  spoiled milk and   add one tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.     ( Using  lemon juice for what ? Because  after adding  lemon juice the milk  is totally torned means   water and  actuall paneer wil saperate easilly and more effectivelly )
  • After that simply we take this torned milk in  a muslin  cloth or normal cloth and drain all of water  from paneer ( if we taking normal cloth be sure that cloth has ability to  retain panerr and drain water . I prefer to take muslin cloth it will easdrain off water from torned milk)
  • After that  normally press the cloth and remove excess off water.
  •  Then  we want to make  these paneer  harder  like  readymade paneer. Thats why we  take the  weighted stone or some    object  which has huge weight (not very huge simplly  around 2 kg ) and put it on the  this clothed paneer for 30 min.  It will helps u to remove remained water and make paneer harder.
  • After 30 min we remove this weighted object and  simplly we remove this muslin cloth and   we  give the harder paneer.
 Then we take this paneer cake and  cut into small peices and  make the recipies as u want. And  dont forgete to ask me any  querry about this.
